Remove the cylindrical cap.
Screw off the collar from the bottle.
Remove the collar and the pump.
Insert the Refill upside-down into the bottle.
Screw the Refill on the neck of the bottle.
Refill the bottle.
When the Refill stops automatically it has reached the capacity of the bottle.
Repeat all the previous steps in reverse to reassemble the bottle.
