We are therefore taking action to manage our retail spaces, our headquarters, and the entire supply chain with the environment in mind. From encouraging paperless work practices and consciously reducing energy consumption to improving recycling systems, we view every challenge as an opportunity for innovation.

Eco-Design
With sustainability at the core of our approach, we integrate recyclable materials into every customer touchpoint. We invest in more responsible practices by progressively reducing waste across our stores and adopting more environmentally friendly solutions for shopping bags and e-commerce packaging. This includes both carrier bags and parcel packaging used for orders from our online store.
Energy
With a focus on energy conservation, we aim to achieve a continuous reduction in emissions, alongside a transition to renewable sources.
Our Sustainability Initiatives
SHOPPING BAGS
Although our existing shopping bags are recyclable, our goal is to reduce their use by 30%. To support this initiative, our shopping bags carry a nominal charge, encouraging customers to use their own reusable bags. With their support, we are taking another step towards a greener and more sustainable future, with respect for the environment.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT, AUTOMATED LIGHTING
Lighting across our facilities is provided using LED lamps to promote energy efficiency. In addition, automated lighting systems have been installed in selected stores and low-traffic areas, helping to further reduce energy consumption.
SUPPORTING LOCAL SUPPLIERS
The general furnishing of our stores is designed and manufactured in Cyprus. In this way, we support local manufacturers and the local economy while also reducing the environmental impact associated with imports and transportation from abroad.
AUTOMATIC DOOR INSTALLATION
The installation of automatic doors in our stores helps maximize the efficiency of air-conditioning systems by reducing energy loss and saving energy. At the same time, it creates a more comfortable environment for both our employees and customers, enhancing the overall in-store experience.
DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
All our stores have adopted electronic receipts, helping to reduce paper consumption. Customers can choose to receive their receipt either electronically or in printed form. In addition, digital screens are used in selected stores to showcase products and promotions, with the aim of gradually replacing printed promotional materials.
RECYCLING BINS
Recycling bins have been installed in all our stores for the separation of recyclable materials such as glass, plastic and paper. By strengthening our recycling practices and monitoring recyclable waste, we contribute to reducing waste and managing our resources more efficiently.

The Clean Beauty seal signifies that a product has been developed without ingredients or packaging materials that fall into categories associated with potential negative environmental impacts.
