Apply some of the Colour Elixir soft matte on to your hand and then dab onto the lips for a soft blurred lip look.
Alternatively apply our Colour Elixir Lip Liner to softly line the lips and apply Colour Elixir soft matte all over the lips with the applicator for a defined lip look.
