BEAUTY SERVICES POLICY

Beauty Line services are offered at selected stores by trained Beauty Advisors. Available days and times vary by service and store.
For services that require a booking, such as Glow Up Make Up and Skincare Experience, you can view the available stores, days and times and book your appointment through the Beauty Line app or website.

Mini Services are offered without a prior booking, subject to staff and equipment availability. If the service cannot be provided during your visit, an appointment may be arranged for another day and time in consultation with the store.

Glow Up Make Up Service Policy
The Glow Up Make Up service offers a 45-minute professional makeup session.
Service fee
The service costs €40, redeemable against purchases of makeup products on the same day.
Appointment duration
Each appointment lasts 60 minutes in total: 45 minutes for the makeup session and 15 minutes to complete your visit.
Please arrive at your scheduled time to help us keep appointments running on time.
Bookings and cancellations
• Bookings are made exclusively through the Beauty Line app or website.
• You must be a myBeautyLine cardholder to book an appointment.
• Each customer may make up to two bookings within a 30-day period.
• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and no more than 30 days ahead.

Skincare Experience Service Policy
The Skincare Experience service offers a 60-minute facial using Juvena and Declaré products, tailored to each customer’s skin needs.
Service fee
The service costs €60, redeemable against purchases of facial skincare products on the same day.

Each appointment lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive at your scheduled time to help us keep appointments running on time.

Mini Services Policy
Beauty Line’s Mini Services are available without a prior booking, at stores offering each service.
Services and Fees
• Skin Discovery Quiz — Complimentary: An interactive questionnaire that recommends skincare products based on your skin’s needs.
• Fragrance Quiz — Complimentary: An interactive questionnaire that helps you discover fragrances based on your preferences.
• Mini Glam Boost (15 min) — Complimentary: A touch-up service to refresh your existing makeup.
• Brow Shaping (10 min) — Complimentary: An eyebrow shaping service.
• LED Mask Recharge (15 min) — €15: A modern, relaxing facial treatment using a TheraFace or Omnilux LED mask, designed to instantly revitalise the skin. The service fee is redeemable against skincare purchases on the same day.
• Glow & Relax (15 min) — €15: A relaxing facial treatment using the Medicube Age-R Booster Pro Mini Plus, for smoother, brighter and revitalised skin. The service fee is redeemable against skincare purchases on the same day.
Availability and Service
• Services are subject to the availability of the relevant staff and the necessary equipment at the time of your visit.
• There may be a waiting time before you can be served.
• If the service cannot be provided during your visit, our store team can arrange an appointment with you for another day and time, subject to availability.
